Conceptual & Schematic Design Phase

This is where your dreams begin...

Plan with our Lead Designer and Architectural Team, and Landscape Team to generate a seamless and stunning floor plan, including exterior and interior elevations, and exterior landscape design. This part can take time but no stone is unturned in this phase, we cover all the ground work and you meet with us regularly to make sure the dream we draw is YOUR dream enhanced!

Budget Phase

This is when the dream plan meets dollar sign. Here we meet with our construction team to get detailed numbers for your project. This can also take some time because we are covering all the bases so you know just how much your build may cost.  We believe in accuracy in the estimations so there are limited surprises along the way. Then, we sit down with you to review home much your dream home is going to cost.  Communication with our clients is of utmost importance and we do our best to make sure you are aware of where you money is going.

Permitting / Construction Phase

Yes, we are finally getting our hands dirty! Once the proper permits are received we will start your construction phase. 

During your construction phase, we oversee and smooth out all the hiccups and bumps in the road so you don't have to.  Our Design Team is always available and ready to make sure the design is implemented according to our vision. Luckily we are the design team so there is balanced communication between us and the Construction team lead by our seasoned construction manager who makes sure sub contractors are building according to plan, work is being done safely, and that the jobsite is clean.

Furniture, Finishes and Accessories Phase

As the project gets underway you will continue to work with our Design Team to select all finishes, furnishings, and accessories. While most of this is already been designed into your plan in the Conceptual and Schematic Phase, there may be small choices needed to be made along the way.  The Design Team has got you! We will bring options to you and guide you in making the best choices all the way down to selecting the most ideal and appropriate finishing touches that make all those big choices look just stunning.

Landscaping Phase

Towards the end of construction phase, when all the big trucks are out of the way, we can begin your landscaping build out. There is no denying the fact that landscaping is a huge part of the curb appeal when you have your first guests to the house.  This rounds out the full turn-key idea of nothing left to do once you move in.

Time to Move in!

This is the moment we've all been waiting for - moving in day!  Because we have covered all your needs to build, design, furnish, and landscape there will be nothing left but to move in. (Not even the dusting!) Our design team once again will jump in to incorporate all your personal and cherished items into your new house so it feels like home. 

Once you are settled in, we are ready to celebrate with you for your long awaited dream home is finally realized.
